Your browser sends the technical information that every web request carries, such as your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. The server uses it only to deliver the page.

In the configuration we run, neither the website's server nor the proxy in front of it keeps access logs.

• No cookies are set.
• Nothing is stored in your browser's local or session storage.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and no profiling.
• No third-party scripts, fonts, embeds or social plugins. Every file is served from nosystem.ai.

Because nothing is stored on your device, the site has no cookie banner.

The site has no contact form. If you write to me@siya.digital, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and the contents of your message. We use them to reply and, if you ask us to, to scope and run an engagement.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)⁠(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)⁠(f) GDPR).

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your request and, if an engagement follows, for as long as that engagement and our legal obligations require.
